A conversation brought to life through creativity
Join Zebrina for a live, one-hour online gathering where women paint as the conversation unfolds. You share your perspective and practical insights; Zebrina weaves in gentle watercolor prompts that help participants reflect, express themselves, and connect what they’re learning to their own lives.
This is creative wellness in practice: learning, expression, and connection woven into one shared experience.
No presentation or painting experience is needed.
Different gifts.
A shared care for women’s wellness.
We welcome women whose work supports self-awareness, everyday wellness, creativity, and meaningful growth. Your practice may be rooted in holistic health, traditional or ancestral wisdom, spirituality, movement, emotional well-being, or leading a business with care and purpose.
We’re interested in the woman behind the work: who you support, what you’ve learned, and what you’d love to share.

A meaningful introduction to your work
Share your perspective
Introduce your approach to women curious about wellness through a thoughtful conversation that lets them get to know you and your work.
Create with support
We’ll shape the theme and conversation questions together. Zebrina hosts and guides the painting, so you can focus on sharing your expertise and guidance.
Reach beyond the gathering
Conversation excerpts become short videos for Art & Healing’s social media, with credit, tags, and links to your practice.
A NOTE FROM ZEBRINA
My work has always begun with listening
I’m Zebrina Lee, a journalist turned artist and the founder of Art & Healing. Through photography, video, and watercolor, I help women connect with their voices, express themselves, and share their stories.
Over the past seven years of intentionally tending to my own healing, I’ve been supported by women whose wisdom and care have helped me nurture my confidence, wellness, and self-trust. I’m deeply grateful for those relationships.
These gatherings grow from that gratitude: a space where women can discover supportive perspectives and explore them through creativity. I’d love to feature the women whose work could help bring that vision to life!
