We are not responsible for errors, fees, or issues caused by these platforms.
4. Events (Art + Healing Gatherings)
Tickets
All event tickets are non-refundable
Tickets may be transferred or applied as credit toward a future event
Participation
By attending an event, you agree to:
Take responsibility for your own physical and emotional well-being
Participate respectfully within the space and community
Follow any guidelines shared before or during the event
We reserve the right to remove participants engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
5. Media Release (Events & Experiences)
By attending events or participating in experiences, you acknowledge that:
Photo and video content may be captured
Your likeness may appear in marketing, social media, website content, or promotional materials
6. Services (Photography, Videography, Content Creation)
Deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure services
Cancellations
If canceled less than 7 days in advance, up to 50% of the total payment may be refunded
Deposits are always non-refundable
Scope of Work
Deliverables, timelines, and usage rights are defined in individual agreements
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, access, and communication
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, photography, video, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Zebrina Edgerton-Maloy unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients & Customers
May use final deliverables only as outlined in their agreement
Do not receive ownership of raw files or underlying intellectual property
We reserve the right to:
Share completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing
Use event and client work to showcase our services
8. Future Products (Digital & Physical)
For upcoming digital and physical products:
All purchases are for personal use unless otherwise stated
Products may not be copied, resold, or redistributed
Additional policies (shipping, returns, etc.) will be outlined separately.
9. Wellness Disclaimer

We do not provide:
