Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is designed to create clarity, mutual respect, and sustainability for both you and our business.

By booking a service, purchasing a ticket, or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

Events (Art + Healing Gatherings)

All Ticket Sales

  • All event tickets are non-refundable

  • Tickets may be:

    • Transferred to another person (see below)

    • Converted into credit for a future event

Event Credits

  • Credits must be used within 30 days

  • Credits apply to the same type of event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

Ticket Transfers

  • A ticket transfer means you may give your spot to another person if you are unable to attend

  • Transfers must be completed 24–48 hours before the event

  • You are responsible for coordinating the transfer and notifying us with the new attendee’s name and contact information

No-Shows

  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for no-shows

  • A no-show is defined as failure to attend without prior notice

If We Cancel or Reschedule an Event

If an event is canceled due to:

  • Weather

  • Emergency

  • Low attendance

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

You will receive:

  • A credit toward a future event

If no future event is available or scheduled:

  • A refund may be provided upon request

Services (Photography, Videography, Content Creation)

Deposits

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

Rescheduling

  • One (1) reschedule is permitted

  • The new date must be scheduled within 30 days of the original booking

  • Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit

Cancellations

More than 7 days before service:

  • Up to 50% of the total payment may be refunded

  • Deposit remains non-refundable

Within 7 days:

  • Partial refund may be provided at our discretion

Within 48 hours:

  • No refunds will be issued

No-Shows / Lack of Communication

  • If a client fails to show up or becomes unresponsive:

    • No refunds will be issued

    • Services may be considered forfeited

Products

Digital Products

  • All digital product purchases are non-refundable

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

If your item is:

  • Damaged → eligible for replacement

  • Lost in transit → eligible for replacement

  • Incorrect item received → eligible for replacement

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selections made at checkout

Payment Issues

  • If a payment fails, is disputed, or is not completed:

    • We reserve the right to pause services

    • We may withhold deliverables until payment is resolved

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather

  • Illness

  • Emergencies

  • Venue or travel disruptions

In these situations:

  • We will prioritize rescheduling where possible

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered depending on the situation

Final Note

This policy is in place to:

  • Honor the time, energy, and preparation that go into each content service and experience

  • Create clear expectations for all participants and clients

  • Support a sustainable and aligned business for the long term

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as our business evolves.

Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date.
