A Softer Rhythm for Ambitious Women
For women seeking a more supportive everyday pace, this virtual gathering explores gentle ways to listen to your body and support your nervous system.
Join watercolor artist Zebrina Lee and Dr. Suzanne Demers Foley, chiropractor at Seagate Chiropractic, for a conversation about stress, body awareness, and everyday wellness while we paint together from home.
Together, we’ll explore simple practices through breath, gentle movement, and moments of pause. As the conversation unfolds, Zebrina will offer intuitive watercolor prompts to reflect on: What would a more supportive rhythm look and feel like for me?
An hour to learn, create, and connect with other women. No art experience needed.

A NOTE FROM ZEBRINA
Creativity can be a pathway back to ourselves.
I created Art & Healing to offer women space to slow down, nurture their creativity, and hear themselves more clearly.
These gatherings bring that invitation to your own table. I’ll be there painting with you, offering gentle prompts, and welcoming women guides whose perspectives give us something meaningful to explore.
You bring your curiosity and your own life. There’s no right way for your painting or your experience to unfold.
Come as you are. Create with what you have.
