🌿 What To Expect

Welcome + Arrival
Settle in, grab a drink from Ruya, and choose a comfortable seat.

Community Circle (Open Forum Conversation)
We’ll begin with an intimate, guided community circle led by Gabby of Sunshine Solidarity Project, an initiative rooted in connecting people and projects to strengthen the communities that make St. Pete shine. This open forum is an invitation to share how we’re feeling, what we’re holding, and what we’re noticing with no pressure to speak and full permission to simply listen.

Creative Integration: Watercolor Painting
We’ll then transition into a gentle watercolor paint session led by Zebrina of Art + Healing, designed to help integrate the conversation through creativity, soften the nervous system, and reconnect with joy.

Sound Bowl Healing
As we paint, Realuminescent will offer calming sound bowl tones to support grounding, regulation, and ease. The serene sounds will help us integrate the conversation and settle into our bodies.

Sweet Nourishment
We’ll enjoy sweet, comforting treats from Melipona Bakery (like pop tarts and cookies) as a reminder that care can be simple, warm, and shared.

Content + Community Care

This gathering’s content is being captured in partnership with Film Trips, who will thoughtfully capture photos and video throughout the event to document the warmth and beauty of our community. Audio will not be recorded during the community conversation circle to protect the honesty and safety of the space.

At the end of the gathering, there will be an optional video station available for those who feel called to share a short, empowering message while reflecting on what makes you proud to be who you are and where you come from. Participation is completely voluntary.

Our intention is to honor both the sacredness of the space and the power of documenting community care and resilience in action.

🌙 Why This Gathering Matters

Community is medicine. Creativity is regulation. Joy is resilience. In times of uncertainty, we gather not to solve everything, but to remember we are not alone.

You’re welcome to:

  • Share or sit quietly

  • Paint or simply breathe

  • Reflect or just be

This is a space for honest reflection, shared humanity, and creative integration.

✨ Donation-Based

This gathering is donation-based to keep the space accessible while honoring the time, labor, and artistry of the facilitators. This event is by voluntary donation and there is no obligation to donate. Come as you are. Your presence is enough. 💛
